VOTING BY SEALED ENVELOPE BALLOT
A voter is eligible to vote by Sealed Envelope Ballot
if he/she is unable to attend the voting place in person on Election Day or on advance voting
days.

An
application
to vote by Sealed Envelope Ballot may
be made by email, fax or mail through to October 20, 2006, 4:30 p.m.
|
In-person applications will be accepted commencing
Wednesday, September 27, 2006. Eligible voters who apply in-person will receive a Sealed Envelope
Ballot package at that time.

Persons applying by email, fax or mail by October 13,
2006, will be mailed a Sealed Envelope Ballot package. Persons applying between October 14, 2006
and October 20, 2006 must make alternate arrangements to have the package delivered to
them.
|
A voter may designate in writing a relative, spouse or
common-law partner to deliver the Sealed Envelope Ballot package to him or her. A completed
authorization form
must be presented to the Senior Election Official no
later than 4:30 p.m., Friday, October 20, 2006, in order to receive the Sealed Envelope Ballot
package.

The voter must return the ballot to the Senior Election
Official, Main Floor, Council Building, 510 Main Street, prior to the close of voting at 8:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, October 25, 2006, Election Day.
