WINNIPEG December 5, 2007 - The City of Winnipeg wishes to advise motorists that the Major Snowfall Parking Ban on Snow Routes was lifted at 6:01 a.m. this morning.
However, motorists are reminded that the annual Snow Route Overnight Parking Ban, that went into effect on December 1, 2007, remains until March 1, 2008. The public should note that if they park a vehicle on a street designated as a Snow Route, that vehicle must be moved by 2:00 a.m.
