The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer is the head of the City of Winnipeg Administration. Reporting to this position are the: Chief Innovation Officer; Director, Customer Services and Communications; Chief Corporate Services Officer; Chief Transportation and Utilities Officer; Chief Financial Officer; and Chief Asset and Project Management Officer. Reporting to the Chief Corporate Services Officer are: Legal Services; Planning, Property and Development; Community Services; Winnipeg Police Service; Fire Paramedic Service; Animal Services Special Operating Agency; and Golf Services Special Operating Agency. Reporting to the Chief Transportation and Utilities Officer are: Water and Waste; Winnipeg Transit; Public Works; Winnipeg Parking Authority Special Operating Agency; and Fleet Management Special Operating Agency. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer is: Assessment and Taxation. The Senior Management Team also reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.
