Summer Group Discount Form | Winter Group Discount Form

• If you have 30 or more paying people in your group, you are eligible for a 30% group discount.
• Please complete a 30% Group Discount form and fax to the Zoo office at 832-5420 a few days prior to your visit and also bring the form with you.
• Groups must enter the Zoo together and one person is to pay for the group.
• Number of attendees is considered an estimate; admission fees will be based on the exact number that attend the Zoo on the day of your visit.
• Reservations are not required: groups may choose any day to attend.
• Cheques are to be made payable to "The City of Winnipeg". If your cheque is made out in advance and you have less people than expected, we will give you change back to the maximum of $15.00.
• Group discounts do not apply to special events such as Boo at the Zoo.
• If your visit is cancelled due to inclement weather, you do not need to contact the Zoo and let us know. You do not need to rebook the visit, you can choose any other day and we will just change the date on the form when you arrive

City of Winnipeg School Group Rate (For kindergarten to grade 12, nursery schools and day cares)

• If you have less than 30 people and are not eligible for the group discount, we do allow 1 supervisor in free for every 10 children.
• Additional supervisors pay regular rate of $4.25 plus GST.
• Bus drivers are allowed in free.

Educational Programs

• For educational programs developed for school groups, please contact the Assiniboine Park Zoo Education Centre at 927-6071 or go to www.zoosociety.com for more information and registration form.
• This program is $4.50 per person.
• Remember to book early as there is limited space and the programs do fill up quickly.

Who is eligible to receive a 30% Group Discount?
Any group of 30 or more paying customers - group must enter the Zoo together.

Do I have to make a reservation?
Reservations are not required, you can come any day, any time, but we do like to know the number of groups attending the Zoo on any given day so faxing the group discount form to the Zoo Office at 832-5420 two to three days prior to your visit is appreciated.

How do I get the 30% Group Discount form?
Go to www.winnipeg.ca/cms/ape/zoo where you can download the form, complete the information and fax the form to the Zoo Office.

Does the group receive any free admissions?
Children under 2 are free as are bus drivers and tour guides, all other visitors pay

What if my group ends up being larger or smaller than the numbers I put on the form?
The numbers indicated on the form when it is faxed to the Zoo Office is just an estimate.  The Zoo Cashers will charge for the exact number of visitors in your group on the day of your visit.  If the group ends up being less that 30 people, regular Zoo admission rates will apply.

How can I pay for the group?
We ask that one person pay for the group and we accept cash, school or organization cheque (payable to the City of Winnipeg), American Express, Visa, Master Card and Debit Card.  Payment must be made upon entrance, we do not invoice for Zoo admissions.  Group discount tickets sold in advance are non-refundable.

Does the group discount apply to Zoo Education Centre Tours or Boo at the Zoo?
No the 30% group discount is for self-guided tours of the Zoo only and does not
apply to the educational tours or specials event done by the Zoological Society of Manitoba.

What if we send in a form and can't come on that day due to inclement weather or bus problems?
Just choose another day to come to the Zoo, change the date on the 30% Group Discount form and refax it to the Zoo office.
