Arlington Street Overpass to close temporarily for maintenance

WINNIPEG, MB - September 20, 2012 - The public is advised that the Arlington Street Overpass over the Canadian Pacific Railway yards from Logan Avenue to Dufferin Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from Monday, September 24 at 6:00 a.m. to Monday, October 1 at 6:00 a.m.

The overpass is being closed for bridge deck repairs, north approach span resurfacing and concrete repairs.

Motorists are reminded to allow additional travel time. Alternate routes include McPhillips Street to the west and Salter Street to the east. The east sidewalk on the overpass will remain open during this period permitting passage of pedestrian traffic.
