Winnipeg, MB - Due to changing river conditions, a limited number of volunteers may be needed to assist with sandbagging efforts at a small number of properties in south Winnipeg today Monday, April 29, and possibly tomorrow.

Citizens available to assist with sandbagging efforts are asked to call 311 for more information on volunteer registration.
