Applicants may appeal the decision regarding his or her application. The reasons for appeal are to be based on either:
- Grounds of discrimination or discriminatory practice, or
- Error or negligence on the part of the Winnipeg Police Service during the selection process.
Should any applicant wish to appeal the decision regarding his or her application, they may submit an appeal in writing, within seven days of being advised of the decision. Written appeals are to be addressed to the:

The appeal will be investigated and a final decision will be made by an appeal panel.
