Social distancing is required and individuals must maintain a distance of at least two metres from every other individual while queuing to enter the pool, on the pool deck, and in the water; however, this does not apply to people who can demonstrate that they are living together in the same household.
Customers will be asked to use the self-assessment symptom checklist at the time of pre-booking, and before entering the pool. Anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter and a refund will be credited to their account.
Please arrive no sooner than within five minutes of your booked slot. Upon arrival, individuals will be guided through the process of entering the facility and will need to adhere to floor marking to ensure physical distancing.
Swimmers are asked to come dressed to swim. Access to showers, lockers, washrooms will be reduced and cleaned frequently, as will public spaces. Deck chairs will not be available; patrons may bring their own chairs. Picnic tables will be cleaned frequently. All swimmers will be asked to leave the facilities at the end of the two- hour swim block to allow for thorough cleaning in between swim blocks.
Pool capacities have been limited to ensure social distancing guidelines are maintained.
