*** Family admission and pass rates apply to groups of up to 6 customers with a maximum of 2 of those 6 customers being over the age of 17.

  • All fees include applicable taxes
  • Family admissions rates are currently not available
  • New memberships are currently not available
  • Non-resident registration for a swim block is not currently being offered
  • Accepted for general admission at Indoor/Outdoor Pools and Fitness Facilities
  • Check minimum height requirements or printable Pool Entry, Admission and Safety Guidelines. Adherence to Facility Admission Terms and Conditions and self-assessment for COVID-19 are now also required
  • Non-Prime Time rates apply to admissions at all City of Winnipeg Indoor Pools,
    September through June, Monday - Friday between 8:30 – 11:00 am & 1:00 – 3:30 pm
  • Loonie/Toonie swim is only available at indoor pools.


  • Drop ins are discouraged. Pre-Registration for a swim block is encouraged. Register online or by calling 311.
  • We have system limitations preventing the use of memberships/visit passes during registration for a swim block at this time. We are working on solutions and hope to reintroduce memberships/visit passes in the near future.
  • Payment for admission to Fitness Facilities, Indoor Pools, Kildonan Park, Transcona Aquatic Park and St. Vital Outdoor Pools can be made by cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Recreation Gift Card.
  • No charge for admission to Happyland, Provencher and Windsor Park Outdoor Pools.


Group booking are currently not available.
