- The Middleware team is responsible for supporting the City's corporate information technology infrastructure, including application, web and database servers. They install, configure, test and maintain all system software on these servers other than the operating system and the application itself.
- The Systems Branch provides and supports a diverse set of fundamental IT Services and Infrastructure environments including virtual and physical servers, Microsoft Active Directory, Backup/Recovery, Storage Management and File Services.
Operations and Service Desk
- The IT Operations team is responsible for managing the organization's Data Centres and establishing, maintaining, and continually enhancing the organization's Service Management processes. The Service Desk is staffed by knowledgeable IT people who ensure the customer is well taken care of when the customer experiences IT issues or requests new IT services.
Enterprise License Management
- Provides coordinated vendor license program administration. Services include contractual compliance management for common hardware and software products in addition to software asset tracking.
