Customer Service & Communications

The Customer Service & Communications Department provides leadership and support to City departments, agencies, and service areas in communicating with media and the public. The department oversees Corporate Communications, the Office of Public Engagement, French Language Services, Marketing & Branding, and 311, as well as managing the City’s online and social media presence.
