Apply for Film Permits

Now that you have determined you require a permit and have submitted your Production Checklist, you will be provided an email of the items you must complete/submit in order to receive your Control Code #. The Control Code # is what gives you access to all city services and permits.

There are several different permits depending on what you are looking to do. Please click on any of the permits below that apply to your production.

Street/Sidewalk Permit Request
For closures/partial closures of city streets and/or sidewalks.
Noise Permit

If you are filming or moving into a neighborhood before 8 a.m. or after 11 p.m. permission needs to be granted by the Ward Councillor and our office.

If you will be using any firearms that will be visible to the general public.

Hydrant Permit
If you wish to use a hydrant for wet down or fake snow. Please have your SPFX Coordinator apply **.
