September 28, 2017 - Today, Mayor Bowman announced the honourary renaming of Portage Avenue East from Main Street to Westbrook Street as "Winnipeg Goldeyes Way" in recognition of the Winnipeg Goldeyes' second consecutive American Association Championship win.
