Workplace Safety & Health Consultants

Construction Workers

The Organizational Safety & Occupational Hygiene Branch of the City of Winnipeg maintains a list of workplace safety & health consultants, acceptable to the City, to evaluate contractors' safety & health programs using the Contractor Safety & Health Program Evaluation Document.

Contractors, not already qualified, may wish to use the services of any of the consultants listed.

Eligible consultants who are interested in being available to contractors bidding on City projects and who wish to be included on the Workplace Safety & Health Consultants list should send supporting documentation i.e. CRSP registration number; certification proof, etc. to the City contact person listed below.

Eligibility criteria for workplace safety & health consultants include:

  • approved to conduct SAFE Work Certified (e.g. COR™/SECOR™) audits; or
  • hold certification such as Canadian Registered Safety Professional or equivalent.
