Subscribe to or edit Bid Opportunity email notifications

Effective immediately, the City of Winnipeg (City) will use an on-line bidder registration and notification process.

The City created 300 plus categories for selection. Bidders should select the categories of interest in order to receive email notifications of upcoming Bid Opportunities.

Bidders may select up to ten categories per company.

Subscribing places your email address on a list to receive notifications for Bid Opportunities in the categories selected.

As of March 1, 2016, the City will notify only those bidders that have registered.

Enter your email address in the box above and click Next. On the next screen you will be able to select and update the Bid Opportunity categories you want to receive email notifications for.

Bidders may select up to ten categories per company.


It is the bidder’s responsibility to keep the registration information up-to-date. The City is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, category selection, or change in personnel.

By registering, you accept responsibility for regularly visiting Bid Opportunities on the City’s Materials Management website to keep informed of program changes. You also agree that all bid notice updates are effective upon posting to our web site regardless of whether your e-mail alert was sent by the City of Winnipeg or received by you.

The City does not guarantee that registrants will receive an email notification.
