WINNIPEG - March 30, 2012 - The public is advised that on Thursday, March 29, one lane of traffic reopened in each direction on Sherbrook Street, allowing for two-way traffic between Elgin Avenue and William Avenue.

Since Wednesday, March 21, Sherbrook Street was completely closed to vehicular traffic between Elgin Avenue and William Avenue as a safety precaution due to collapsed excavation shoring at the Health Sciences Centre worksite.

Motorists are urged to allow additional travel time and to use Balmoral Street and Arlington Street as alternative routes while the temporary road closure is in place.
