Northbound lanes at McPhillips Street underpass from Higgins Avenue to Jarvis Avenue to open this afternoon

Winnipeg, MB - The public is advised all northbound and southbound lanes at the McPhillips Street underpass between Higgins Avenue and Jarvis Avenue will now be open by 3:00 p.m. today.

The northbound lanes were closed over the weekend for repair work being performed on the bridge structure. The closure was to be in effect until later this evening, but lanes will now be fully open before the afternoon rush hour.
