Main Street at Redwood Avenue intersection to undergo paving work

Winnipeg, MB - The intersection at Main Street and Redwood Avenue will undergo paving work in the northbound curb lane of Main Street on Monday, July 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. As a result of this paving work, the following closures will be in effect during this time:

  • Northbound Main Street to Eastbound Redwood Avenue (access to the Redwood Bridge) will be closed.
  • Southbound Main Street to Eastbound Redwood Avenue (access to the Redwood Bridge) will be closed.
  • Eastbound Redwood Avenue (access to the Redwood Bridge) will be closed at the Main Street intersection.
  • Westbound Redwood Avenue at Main Street will be reduced to right-turn only.

Motorists are advised to use the Disraeli Bridge, Chief Peguis Trail or an alternate route in the area, and to allow for additional travel time to reach their destinations.
