For Immediate Release

Homicide – Investigation: C19-63845

On March 26, 2019, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Winnipeg Police East District General Patrol officers attended to a residence located in the first 100 block of Rockcliffe Rd. in response to a 911 call.

Responding officers located an adult female victim suffering from severe injuries. She was conveyed to hospital in critical condition but has since succumbed to her injuries.

The Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit is now leading this investigation. Detectives are asking for anyone who may have information they believe could assist with this investigation to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
