Public Assistance Required: C19-176396

The Winnipeg Police Service Community Support Unit is asking the public's assistance in identifying the male pictured below in regards to a non-violent incident which occurred on July 26, 2019, at The Forks - 1 Forks Market Road.

Missing Person – Cynthia Parisian – Update: R19-13061

The Winnipeg Police Service is continuing to request the public’s assistance in locating 38-year-old, Cynthia Parisian.

Investigators have previously released that Cynthia was last seen during the afternoon of February 17, 2019, at the Home Depot store located at 845 Leila Avenue. At the time she was wearing dark pants, a dark jacket, and a pink toque.

Cynthia is described as female, Indigenous in appearance, approximately 5’3” in height, with a heavy build, brown hair and brown eyes.

Winnipeg Police Missing Persons investigators are requesting that anyone who recalls seeing Cynthia at the Home Depot the day she was last seen, in the immediate area, anytime before or after she was last seen, or anyone who has further information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
