Motor Vehicle Collision – Public Assistance Requested: C19-185504
On August 8, 2019, shortly after 10:30 p.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area of Notre Dame Avenue and Arlington Street while walking her dog.
Following the collision, the vehicle failed to stop and was last seen travelling westbound on Notre Dame Avenue from Arlington Street. The vehicle was described as a car, possibly grey or gold, and is believed to have damage to the driver’s side door.
The pedestrian, a female in her 50’s, was transported to hospital in critical condition and was later upgraded to stable condition.
Police are looking to identify the vehicle and speak with the driver in this incident.
