Homicide – Arrest: C19-223056

Winnipeg Police Homicide detectives have made an arrest in the murder of  Norma Andrews. Andrews was killed on September 21, 2019, at a residence in the 500 block of Balmoral Street.

On October 3, 2019, an arrest warrant was issued for Second Degree Murder for a suspect in this incident. Later that day officers arrested Jesse Jordan GAMBLIN, 20. He has been charged with Second Degree Murder and detained in custody.

Homicide investigators continue to ask for the public’s assistance in this investigation. Anyone with any information is asked to call either 20-4-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
