Homicide – Investigation: C19-253440

On October 27, 2019, at approximately 2:30 a.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded to an incident where two males were observed to be down in the rear lane near Ross Avenue and Isabel Street.

Upon arrival, officers located two male victims suffering from severe upper-body injuries. Both males were transported to hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to their injuries.

The deceased victims have been identified as Edwin Adrian Harper, a 32-year-old male of Winnipeg and Wayne Patrick Palidwor, a 62-year-old male of Winnipeg.

This investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
