Homicide/Assault – Investigation: C19-258310

On November 2, 2019, Winnipeg Police responded to a shooting in the 200 block of Bannatyne Avenue. Officers located a deceased male who had been shot.

The victim has been identified as Jamshaid WAHABI, 23.

Investigators continue to request the public’s assistance in this homicide.  Anyone who may have cell phone video taken at the nightclub during the evening or any relevant information is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at (204) 986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
