Officer-Involved Shooting: C20-76835

On April 8, 2020, at approximately 5:37 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service were involved in an officer-involved shooting in the area of Lagimodière Boulevard and Fermor Avenue.

One suspect has been transported to hospital. No condition is available at this time.

A number of individuals have been taken into custody.

The Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba (IIU) has been notified.
