Assault – Investigation: C20-122185

On May 30, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., Winnipeg Police responded to a report of a male who had been assaulted in the 500 block of Selkirk Avenue. Responding officers located a 15-year-old male on the sidewalk suffering from serious head trauma. He was conveyed to hospital in critical condition where he remains with what are expected to be life-altering injuries.

Investigators believe the attack was unprovoked and that one male suspect is responsible.

Public Assistance – Shooting Investigation: C20-116250

The Winnipeg Police Service Major Crimes Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in locating three suspects wanted in connection with two separate incidents. In both cases, shots were fired at residences on May 23, 2020. One residence was located in the William Whyte neighbourhood, and the second was located in the Weston neighbourhood. No injuries occurred in either instance.

Arrest warrants have been issued for the following suspects:

Micheal Kevin NDLOVU, 29
Black male, 6’1”, 244lbs

Adam Joseph SHINGOOSE, 27
Indigenous male, 5’10”, 212lbs

Troy John BONNER, 22
Indigenous male, 5’10”, 272lbs

These males are considered dangerous and possibly armed and should not be approached. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of these males is asked to contact the Major Crimes Unit at 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
