Drugs – Arrest: C21-222843

In September of this year, the Winnipeg Police Service Guns & Gangs Unit became aware of an individual selling fentanyl from a residence in the downtown area.

On September 23, 2021, Guns & Gangs officers arrested the suspect in the River Heights neighbourhood after he had left his residence. During the early morning hours of September 24, a CDSA Search Warrant was executed at the suspect’s residence with the assistance of North District Community Support. As a result, investigators seized:
- Fentanyl pills with a street value of $20,000
- $60,000 in Canadian currency
- Passport in the name of a third party

Glenroy St.George GORDON, 21, of Brampton, Ont., has been charged with:
- Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possess Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000
- Possess Identity Document

He was detained in custody.
