For interior occupied residential inspections, only an Alternate Video Inspection is permitted, as inspectors are not entering dwellings at this time. All evening and Saturday time slots are suspended until further noice.
The department is continuing to offer commercial and new build residential (unoccupied) inspections.
In addition, the Zoning & Permits Branch, located at 31-30 Fort St., is not accepting walk-in customers. Permit applications are being processed; however, applications must be submitted digitally.
