Commercial and Housing Inspections
Commercial and housing in-person inspections of occupied dwellings have resumed, and are subject to COVID-19 pre-screening at time of inspection. Alternate and virtual inspections continue to be offered.
Please be advised that all evening and Saturday time slots are suspended until further notice.
The Zoning & Permits Branch, located at 31-30 Fort Street, is not accepting walk-in customers and permit applications must be submitted digitally.
