Cross Country Ski Trails

All Ski Trails are closed for the season

The Parks and Open Space Division is responsible for grooming cross-country ski trails in city parks and golf courses. The trails are groomed once a week, weather and snow conditions permitting. There are no fees associated with the use of these ski trails.

The Parks and Open Space Division believe that the city has some of the best groomed classic cross-country ski trails in the province and is quite pleased to offer this valuable outdoor winter recreation service to the residents of Winnipeg. Each season, many compliments are received regarding the ski trails and a greater interest has been shown in the sport by both the general public and students from the local school system.

Harbourview complex is open daily 9:00am - 9:00pm
The pro shop is open for skate and ski rentals daily 9:00am - 9:00pm
Heated lockers are also available.
