Manual of Temporary Traffic Control on City Streets
The Manual of Temporary Traffic Control on City Streets specifies the minimum requirements to maintain safe conditions for motorists, cyclists, pedestrians and workers where construction, maintenance, utility work, or other temporary conditions such as special events are present within a public right-of-way in The City of Winnipeg.
The 2021 Edition of the Manual has been superseded by the 2022 Edition of the Manual below. The 2022 Edition includes the introduction of zipper merge signs in addition to other recent changes such as the requirement to submit closure requests for non-regional streets, and the launch of a new lane closure application to be used for requesting and managing lane closures.
