Manual of Temporary Traffic Control on City Streets

The Manual of Temporary Traffic Control on City Streets specifies the minimum requirements to maintain safe conditions for motorists, cyclists, pedestrians and workers where construction, maintenance, utility work, or other temporary conditions such as special events are present within a public right-of-way in The City of Winnipeg.

The 2015 Edition of the Manual has been superseded by the 2019 Edition of the Manual below. The 2019 Edition contains several updates including information regarding designated construction zones, updated peak hour times, and lane closure request and notification procedures. The Manual is only available in electronic format.
