All interior occupied residential inspections are being suspended until further notice. Those with outstanding appointments will be contacted directly to reschedule.

The department will continue with commercial and new build residential (unoccupied) inspections.

In addition, the Zoning & Permits Branch, located at 31-30 Fort St., will not be accepting walk-in customers.

Permit applications will continue to be processed; however, applications must be submitted digitally.
