Fatal Fire – Investigation C23-90786

On April 20, 2023, at approximately 12:45 a.m., the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a fire at a residence in the 600 block of Flora Avenue. While combating the fire, WFPS members located a deceased victim within the residence and advised police. An adult female was also treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.

This investigation is continuing by the Major Crimes Unit.
