Firearm / Weapon – Arrests: C22-76018

On April 13, 2022, at approximately 1:00 a.m., General Patrol officers patrolling in the North District conducted a traffic stop at Salter Street and Selkirk Avenue. During the stop, an altered can of bear spray was visible in the front of the vehicle. The driver and passenger were taken into custody.

A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a concealed sawed-off rifle and ammunition.

Robert Paul Douglas MCKAY,38, was charged with:

  • Possession of a Weapon
  • Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
  • Possession of a Firearm/Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order x 2

Kelsey Ramsey PATRICK,44, was charged with:

  • Possession of a Weapon
  • Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
  • Possession of a Firearm/Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order x 2
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 2

Both were detained in custody.
