Fatal Motor Vehicle Collision – Investigation: C25-44475

On February 28, 2025 at approximately 10:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the report of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Maryland Street and Notre Dame Avenue.

The pedestrian, a 57-year-old female, was transported to hospital in critical condition, where she later succumbed to his injuries. The driver remained on scene and met with police.

The Traffic Division has assumed the investigation. No charges have been laid.
