Safety Adds Up When We All Do Our Part

Released: September 3, 2025 at 11:10 a.m.

As students head back to school, safety in and around school zones becomes everyone’s responsibility. Whether you're walking, cycling, driving, or riding the bus - every safe choice contributes to a safer school community.

Small Steps, Big Impact

  • Put the phone away
  • Slow down in school zones
  • Walk with care
  • Wear your helmet
  • Stay alert - especially during the first few weeks of September when kids are excited and distracted.

Safety Beyond the Road

Our School Engagement Section is in classrooms this fall, sharing lessons on online safety, bullying prevention, and more - because safety isn’t just about traffic, it’s about belonging.

Let’s Multiply Safety Together

We’re proud to work with families, schools, and partners like Block Parents, CAA, and MPI. Together, we’re building safer streets and stronger communities.
