The City of Winnipeg's Licence Services to relocate to 395 Main Street

Winnipeg, MB - As of Thursday, December 1, Licence Services will be relocated to the main floor of 395 Main Street (corner of Main Street and McDermot Avenue). The current location at 18-30 Fort Street will remain open to serve the public until the end of the day on Wednesday, November 30.

Hours of operation at the new location will continue to be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Services available include:

  • Business licensing regulated by The Doing Business in Winnipeg By-law
  • Taxicab Licence Fee payments
  • Payments for inspections billed under the Vacant Building By-law
  • Payments for Occupancy Certificates to re-occupy a vacant building (as per the Vacant Building By-law)
  • Bicycle registrations
